Skills and roles of a manager
A manager can define as a person who controls, administrates resources of an entity. Mangers known as the second layer of an entity who connects directors and employees. There also managers who authorities a specific departments such as production manager for production department ,marketing manager for marketing department etc. each of this managers have control over the resources of an business organization and use that power to prompt employees in a way which accomplishing goals.
There are skills that a manager should have such as,
• Skill of leadership
• Relationship building ability
• Skill of time management
• Skill of effective communication
• Problem solving skills etc.
There are main roles of a manager which are
• Planning
• Organizing
• Staffing
• Directing
• Controlling
These skills and roles mainly take an advantage to coordinate employees and to share knowledge when achieving goals.
